В доме две очень большие кровати, в бане одна очень большая кровать и одна полутороспальная. Дети бесплатно! Дополнительные кровати не предоставляются! Несколько санузлов отдельно: душ с горячей водой, унитаз, раковина (горячая и холодная вода), отопление. Две укомплектованные кухни, в доме, в бане. Есть летняя кухня на территории под навесом. В доме тепло, горячая вода, кондиционер.
Река, рыбалка, купание, катание на лодке, сапборды, катамаран, летом. Коньки, лыжи, зимняя рыбалка, горка, зимой. Вид на реку. Доступ к воде. Очень красиво и тихо. Прекрасный отдых с детьми. Возможно! Снять на день для проведения детского праздника! 2000 с ребенка, от 15 чел.
В бане имеются одна кровать 1.5×2000, большая кровать 3000×3000, стол из бруса и к ним одноместные скамеечки. Для приготовления пищи в доме - сенсорная варочная плита, кухонные принадлежности, горячая вода. На улице - мангал, коптилка, казан.
Современный дом! Две изолированные комнаты и кухня. Каждая комната имеет по два отдельных входа, в каждой комнате свой санузел. Очень большая кровать, панорамные окна, телевизор, колоритный интерьер, кресла. Кухня со всевозможными гаджетами и оборудованием. Посуда от и до.

Проезжая через чусовской мост, первый поворот на право под мост, двигаться до зоны таможенного контроля, проехав её, двигаться до посёлка 5 км. На реке Чусовая, дом находится прямо на берегу реки по ул. Песочная 10а.
