Advantages:

Очень чистая и приятная квартира. Действительно заметно, что убираются качественно, ни одного волоса на полу, никакой пыли. Хозяин вежливый приятный. Невысокая цена.

Disadvantages:

Очень прокуренная квартира, пахнут даже стиранные полотенца и постельное бельё. Очень скрипучий диван, ночью просыпаешься от каждого своего движения.
