Advantages:

В целом комфортная квартира, все есть для удобного проживания, можно заехать раньше и выехать позже по договоренности. Чистое постельное выдается, посуда имеется, удобный санузел и расположение

Disadvantages:

Тараканы и грязные полы, пришлось мыть полы самим и ставить бор-ловушки от тараканов. До ближайших мусорных баков далёко идти
