Прекрасная локация. Рядом кафе, рестораны, лучший парк города для прогулок на свежем воздухе, самый большой трк "планета", в 2ух остановках новый зоопарк, трк "столица", бассейн "олимпия"в 7 минутах езды на машине располагаются "термы тенториум"- прекрасное место для отдыха в любую погоду. Хорошая транспортная развязка. До центра города, жд вокзала и аэропорта 15 минут на машине. Если на автобусе, то рядом с домом расположена остановка, что позволяет добираться без пересадок практически в любое место города. Шикарный вид из окна особенно ночью на город
