Advantages:

Понравилось бесконтактное заселение. Все просто. Удобно. Документы никакие не запрашивали, ничего не подписывали. Расположение идеальное. Кухня есть. Есть все необходимое

Disadvantages:

1. Волосы на наматраснике. Вопросы к качеству уборки 2. На кровати прям сэкономили 3. Сэкономили на дверях в санузел. Двери туго закрываются. 4. Запах табака от предыдущих жильцов

Спасибо за ваш отзыв. Наматрасник заменен сразу после вашего замечания, в квартире запрещено курить, никто не курит, тянет по вентиляции с соседей. Дом новый, ремонт от застройщика.
